Oldelaf and Monsieur D - Le Café
I know very little about Oldelaf and Monsieur D, but this song is just so perfect. My freshman and sophomore year in college was very much in this vein as I drank about 3 or 4 pots of coffee a day. I also smoked packs upon packs of cigarettes.
My madness came more when I quit these irksome habits, the cigarettes because, well cancer and the coffee, as my overdosing on it literally ate a hole in my stomach.
